Matt and Scott crushing the new crop at St. Ambrose Cellars
Venture into St. Ambrose on Aug 21st. Come enjoy live music from the multi talented Brett Mitchell, from 6-9pm. We will also be tapping into 4 new limited edition experimental draft meads. Honey Five-0, pineapple mead. Bluegrass, a dry hopped blueberry mead. Imperial Star Thistle, our first high gravity draft. Ruby Red, Grapefruit and Citra hops.
Matt Frollo went through our red wines and picked the best barrels to blend for our premium red wine sourced from Michigan grown grapes and bottled it as Cresendo. The judges took it to the top tier of the best reds and gave us the DOUBLE GOLD.
St.Ambrose will be pouring our fine drafts MEADS at the Traverse City Winter Micro Brew Festival. Attendees will be able to try brews that they won’t be able to find elsewhere in heated tents with LIVE music.
