Bottling Star Thistle Mead at St. Ambrose Cellars

Another day in paradise bottling mead in northern Michigan at St. Ambrose Cellars with Kirk Jones and Kirk Reedy. We are putting our honey wine into the bottles and corking them at our winery today.
