Mardis Gras Cajun Kitchen Takeover
Get ready to let the good times roll as St. Ambrose Cellars transforms into a Cajun food lover’s paradise for one night only! We’re bringing the heat with an all-star lineup of chefs serving up bold Louisiana flavors. Chef Steve Tebo is back with his signature Cajun classics, while Off the Hook Tacos is putting a spicy twist on their famous creations. R&B Kitchen is bringing soulful Louisiana flavors to the table, and St. Ambrose’s own Finn McLaren—who was voted Benzie’s Favorite Chef in the Record Patriot’s Reader’s Choice—will be cooking up some Mardi Gras magic.
From Shrimp & Grits to Boudin Balls, this menu will have your taste buds dancing in true NOLA fashion! And what’s a Cajun feast without the perfect drink? We’ve got meads, wines, cysers, and beers on tap to keep the party going all night long.
The regular menu will not be available, and all food service will be indoors—so unfortunately, our four-legged friends will have to sit this one out. The kitchen opens at 5PM, so come hungry and ready to celebrate!
